Please read the following guidelines carefully before making your reservation.
They include important information about pricing, deposits, waiting times, overtime fees, cancellation policy, and more.

Everything you need to know before booking your private charter service
✅ Service Overview
We offer private car charter services departing from Tokyo, including:

Toyota Alphard (up to 6 passengers, luxury model)

Toyota Hiace (up to 9 passengers, suitable for families or groups)
Popular destinations include Mt. Fuji, Hakone, Izu, Kamakura, Yokohama, Chiba, Atami, Karuizawa, and more.
All services are private and conducted by a driver who speaks basic English, Japanese, and Chinese (Mandarin).
💰 Pricing & Deposit

All prices are in Japanese Yen. USD equivalents are for reference only (based on ¥10,000 ≈ $69.77 USD).

A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash (JPY) to the driver on the day of service.
📅 Peak Season Surcharge
A 15% surcharge applies during these Japanese holiday seasons:

Late March – Mid April (Cherry Blossom Season)

Late April – Early May (Golden Week)

Mid July – Mid August (Summer Holidays / Obon Festival)

Mid October – Mid November (Autumn Leaves Season)

Late December – Early January (New Year Holidays)
⏰ Duration & Overtime Fee

A full-day charter includes up to 10 hours (e.g., 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

If the trip exceeds 10 hours, an overtime fee of ¥5,000/hour applies (Alphard or Hiace).

Overtime must be agreed upon by the driver in advance and is subject to availability.
🛬 Airport Pickup & Waiting Time

Airport pickup includes 90 minutes of complimentary waiting time after your flight arrives.

After 90 minutes, an additional ¥2,000 per 30 minutes will be charged.

Please keep your phone on and stay reachable after landing for smooth pickup.
🛏 Driver Accommodation (For Multi-day Trips)

For overnight or multi-day trips, the driver will return to Tokyo after 8 hours of service on Day 1.

If continued service is required the next day, a driver accommodation fee will apply.

Standard accommodation cost: ¥8,000–¥12,000 per night.

You may book the accommodation yourself or request our assistance.

Toll fees, parking fees, meals, and attraction tickets are not included in the quoted fare.

Please inform us of your pickup time and address in advance.

In the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will assist with rescheduling if possible.

A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. If service time exceeds 10 hours by more than 15 minutes, an overtime fee of ¥5,000 per hour will apply.

Overtime charges must be paid directly to the driver on the same day.

If you require the driver to park and accompany you as a translator/guide, a ¥10,000 companion fee will apply (due to added parking fees and service time).

Please inform us in advance if overnight service is required.

Meal and accommodation costs for the driver (if needed) are the client’s responsibility.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid to the driver on the day of service.
🚫 Cancellation Policy

The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Please notify us at least 7 days in advance for cancellations or changes.
-
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged the full remaining balance.
👶 About Child Safety Seats
We do not provide baby or child safety seats, due to the following:

In Japan, commercial vehicles (green license plates) are legally exempt from child seat requirements.

For hygiene, safety, and liability reasons, we do not offer shared child seats.

If needed, please bring your own portable child seat or booster.

Q1: How can I view or manage my booking?
A: After completing your booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a "View My Booking" button.
You can use it to review, change, or cancel your reservation (if applicable).
Q2: Do I need to log in to view my booking?
A: No, login is not required. All booking-related actions can be managed through the confirmation email.
Q3: What if I didn’t receive a confirmation email?
A: Please check your spam or promotions folder.
If still missing, contact us and we’ll resend it to you promptly.
Q4: Can I book without paying the deposit?
A: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid to the driver on the day of service. Without payment, the reservation is not confirmed.
Q5: How late can I cancel?
A: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are fully charged.
