Whether you’re headed for a cultural walk in Yokohama, a hot spring retreat in Atami, or a peaceful countryside escape in Chiba, this package is ideal for groups wanting a flexible and affordable way to travel together. 🕐 Standard service duration: up to 10 hours 🛏 For overnight stays: 8 hours service + 2 hours for driver return 🚗 If driver stays overnight for Day 2 service, a lodging fee is required 🧳 Luggage capacity: up to 6 large suitcases 🕘 Flexible itinerary, hotel pickup/drop-off 🧼 Spacious vehicle with professional driver support 📌 Important Notes: • A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. If service time exceeds 10 hours by more than 15 minutes, an overtime fee of ¥5,000 per hour will apply. • Overtime charges must be paid directly to the driver on the same day. • If you require the driver to park and accompany you as a translator/guide, a ¥10,000 companion fee will apply (due to added parking fees and service time). • Please inform us in advance if overnight service is required. • Meal and accommodation costs for the driver (if needed) are the client’s responsibility. • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Cancellation Policy

📝 Booking Policy A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance will be paid directly to the driver in cash on the day of service. Each service includes up to 10 hours of use. For airport transfers, the first 90 minutes of waiting after flight landing is free. ❌ Cancellation Policy Cancellations made more than 5 days before the scheduled service date: The deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled service date: The deposit is non-refundable. No-show on the service date: The deposit is non-refundable. 🔁 Change Policy You may reschedule your booking up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. All services are private and conducted by a driver who speaks basic English, Japanese, and Chinese (Mandarin). 💰 Pricing & Deposit * All prices are in Japanese Yen.
